What is it?

-This is a 1956-1961 pre-wired Gibson Les Paul wiring harness. The 50's style wiring allows you to maintain more high end and clarity with less treble loss when rolling back on the volume.

-The harness features the Emerson .022 BumbleBee Capacitors. These caps do a great job of capturing the look and sound of the bumble bees used by Gibson in the 50's. A clear and present tone with an even balance of highs and lows. These caps affect a narrower frequency rage giving a slower and more focused treble decrease when turning down the tone knob.

Ingredients

-4 x matched CTS 500k pots. Long split shaft, 3/8" wide bushing, 3/4" long threaded bushing. (CTS makes the highest quality potentiometers with consistent and reliable readings).
-2 volume 2 tone
-2 x Emerson .022 BumbleBee Capacitors
-Vintage style pull back cloth wire (7 strand 22 gauge wire for the strongest grounding connection)
-Custom aluminum shield plate to insure proper grounding and noise reduction
-Wiring diagram included

NOTE: If you are replacing the electronics on an Epiphone Les Paul you may need to widen the potentiometer holes on the guitar. You may also need new plastic knob covers. Most Epiphones come stock with smaller pots.
